We often give names to unique profiles and finishes we create which refer to the artist for whom we originally were commissioned to build the frame. This 1 1/2'' wide narrow cassetta profile in burnished 12 karat white gold leaf was designed and built for an etching by Joseph Pennell, Whistler protege. The profile features a hazzled outer edge which hearkens to the designs of the American Impressionists and Frederick Harer.
